Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop high-quality, stable, and scalable back-end components for LLM models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following the latest best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure code security, stability, and scalability with a focus on modular development.
Required Skills :
- Proficiency in Java and its syntax/conventions.
- Experience in web application development using scalable architectures.
- Strong understanding of code readability, security, and stability (including testing).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Nice to Have :
- Prior experience in Software Quality Assurance & Test Planning.
- Knowledge of LLM training and AI-driven applications.
