Internship Role: Data Analytics Intern
Are you passionate about data analytics and customer experience? Join Angel One’s CX team and work on critical customer support and communications data to shape user journeys and improve service metrics!
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand and map Angel One’s customer support and communication channels (e.g., push notifications, toll-free calls, email support, chatbots, etc.)
- Build an integrated view of customer interactions across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with product managers to track and dashboard key performance metrics
- Work with the tech team to manage data pipelines from systems like Salesforce, Ozonetel, and internal tools
- Handle raw data efficiently from multiple sources
- Create data dashboards and deliver actionable insights
- Analyze trends to differentiate between genuine changes and data anomalies
Skills and Requirements :
- Proficient in SQL, AWS Redshift, Databricks, and Python
- Skilled in data visualization using Tableau or similar tools
- Ability to connect user journey insights with data from various sources
- Strong analytical mindset to validate and verify data independently
- Contextual understanding of data and its business impact
- Must be based in Bangalore with the ability to work from office at least two days a week
