Job Role: Customer Support Associate – Voice / Blended
Join Sutherland Global Services as a Customer Support Associate in an international voice process focused on sales and retention. If you have excellent communication skills and experience in customer engagement, sales, or upselling, this is your opportunity to grow in a leading BPO!
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle real-time voice calls and chats with customers
- Address technical queries efficiently
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Eligibility Criteria :
- Education: Any graduate or postgraduate
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in international voice process
- Must have prior experience in sales, upselling, cross-selling, or retention
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Immediate joiners preferred
Shift & Schedule :
- 5-day work week
- Rotational shifts (mostly night shifts)
- Two-way cab provided (within 25 km radius)
