Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor Business Travelers and manage compliance requirements.
- Identify and mitigate compliance and risk issues related to tax, employment law, immigration, and regulatory norms.
- Handle in-house compensation management processes for mobile employees.
- Ensure payroll and relocation components are accurately compiled for payroll teams.
- Collaborate with relocation and tax providers for smooth compensation processes.
- Support monthly and year-end compensation reporting and payroll instructions.
- Maintain and ensure accurate database records in assignment management tools.
- Generate and review assignment documentation.
- Partner with Payroll and Case Managers to improve operational processes.
Skills & Qualifications :
- B.Com or BBA graduates only.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Strong Excel skills preferred).
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
- Constructive approach to improving processes and systems.
