Role Overview :

  • Work on primary CAD systems like NX, SolidWorks, or Creo (Basic to Intermediate).
  • Develop design risk mitigation and test strategies using dFMEA & pFMEA.
  • Assist in the development of assembly and test fixtures for manufacturing and testing.
  • Create detailed part and assembly drawings compliant with ASME Y14.5 & ISO 1101.
  • Document design changes through Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
  • Set up and perform engineering tests for component verification.
  • Select appropriate materials for plastic, metal, and elastomeric components.

Who Can Apply?

  • BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
  • Good academic performance from a Tier 2 institution.
  • Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
  • Ability to create 3D CAD models & 2D drawings (Solid & Surface).
  • Basic knowledge of engineering materials and their applications.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend prototyping processes (SLA, Printed, Machined, Molded).
  • Self-motivated, with problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
