Job Overview :
As an Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining merchant integrations. Your work will involve service integration, API development, file transfer, and SQL queries, ensuring smooth interactions between PhonePe and merchants. You’ll collaborate with product and tech teams, troubleshoot issues, and enhance integration processes.

Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to understand product flows.
- Work closely with merchants’ tech & business teams for seamless integration.
- Analyze merchants’ requirements, provide solutions, and implement integrations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues efficiently.
- Take ownership of reported issues and drive them to resolution.
- Identify root causes of tech issues and provide long-term solutions.
- Automate processes to improve merchant experience.
- Ensure high-quality, well-tested code following best practices.
- Quickly respond to production issues, fixing them proactively.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 1+ years of Java programming experience.
- Strong knowledge of REST API development & implementation.
- Solid understanding of OOP principles.
- Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL preferred).
- Ability to work independently and solve technical challenges.
- Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
