Role Overview :
As a Web Solutions Engineer in the gTech Ads team, you will:
- Provide guidance and best practices for Google’s Ad Products and Technologies
- Design and develop scalable global solutions to support millions of customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle — from discovery and design to deployment, maintenance, and feature upgrades
You will play a key role in helping Google Ads customers maximize their ROI, while ensuring seamless technical support through scalable solutions.

Responsibilities :
- Gather customer requirements and apply best practices to Google Ads products
- Design and build scalable solutions reusable across global teams
- Adapt regional custom solutions into global products
- Manage solution lifecycle (discovery → launch → support → deprecation)
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Programming experience in Java, C++, or Python Knowledge of SQL, Technical Design, Web Technologies, Troubleshooting, and Stakeholder Management
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Experience with Ad Tech products (Ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, Web Analytics)
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose data-driven solutions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
