Role Overview :
As an Order to Cash Operations Associate, you will:
- Handle collections processing by managing outstanding payments, disputes, and reconciliations.
- Ensure real-time cash flow visibility and optimize working capital.
- Oversee end-to-end order-to-cash processes, from customer inquiries to invoicing & payment finalization.
- Work on cash applications, reconciling unapplied cash, and resolving suspense account discrepancies.
- Follow up with customers for missing remittances, prepare refund packages, and record all collections activities accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Preferred Qualification / Skills :
- Qualifications: BCom/MCom
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in AR, Collections, Dispute Management, or Finance Operations
- Key Skills:
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Good knowledge of collection tools & dispute management
