Role Overview :

As an Order to Cash Operations Associate, you will:

• Handle collections processing by managing outstanding payments, disputes, and reconciliations.
• Ensure real-time cash flow visibility and optimize working capital.
• Oversee end-to-end order-to-cash processes, from customer inquiries to invoicing & payment finalization.
• Work on cash applications, reconciling unapplied cash, and resolving suspense account discrepancies.
• Follow up with customers for missing remittances, prepare refund packages, and record all collections activities accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Preferred Qualification / Skills :

• Qualifications: BCom/MCom
