Job Role Responsibilities :

Qualification Required :

Minimum Qualification required

  • A graduate degree in any discipline, excluding B.Tech, technical fields, and law.
  • Relevant experience in insurance operations, particularly in backend customer service processes for Group Disability, Employee Benefits, or Workers’ Compensation, including contract management and new business proposal support.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, managing 15-20 employees while fostering an engaging work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance concepts and terminology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
