We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Executive – P2P to join our team. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Supply Chain Procurement are welcome to apply. Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials is a plus.
Key Roles Responsibilities:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations: Assist in the end-to-end P2P process, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing.
- Oracle Fusion Financials: Utilize Oracle Fusion Financials for managing procurement and financial data efficiently.
- Finance & Accounting Support: Maintain accurate financial records, assist in report preparation, and support accounts payable reconciliation.
- Issue Resolution: Work closely with internal teams to resolve procurement and payment discrepancies.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and industry regulations.
- Process Optimization: Contribute to process improvement initiatives for better efficiency and accuracy.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional communication with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, participate in training, and keep up with system updates.
