System and Application Services Associate
Experience: 0-11 Months
Salary: INR 3,44,200 annually
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Multiple cities in India including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Gurugram, Pune, Kolkata, Nagpur, Indore, Mumbai, and Jaipur.
Eligibility Criteria :-
- Education: Non-engineering graduates or postgraduates (e.g., B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, etc.), excluding those with B.E/B.Tech/ME/MTech or MCA or MSc (CS/IT) degrees.
- Graduation Years: 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024.
- Backlogs: No active backlogs during the application or onboarding process.
- Degree Completion: Candidate must complete their degree within the designated timeframe, without any academic gaps.
- Previous Applications: Candidates should not have participated in any Accenture recruitment assessment or interview process in the past three months.
- Work Experience: Must have less than 11 months of professional work experience.
- Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in India. Nationals from Bhutan and Nepal do not require a visa, while other international applicants must possess a valid work visa or relevant documentation (OCI/PIO card).
- Work Hours: Flexible to work across various time zones and shifts.
- Relocation: Willingness to work in any business unit or service line and relocate to any Accenture office within India.
Selection Process :-
- Eligibility Check: If you meet the criteria, you will receive an email invitation to attend the online assessments.
- Assessments: There are three stages in the assessment process.
- Mock Assessment:
- Duration: 10 minutes
- Purpose: To ensure your hardware, software, and internet meet the requirements, and to give you a chance to practice.
- Assessment #1: Cognitive Assessment:
- Duration: 50 minutes
- Content: 50 questions covering English ability, critical thinking, problem-solving, and abstract reasoning.
- Result: Available within 5-10 minutes after completion.
2. Assessment #2: Cognitive & Technical Assessment:
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Content: 50 cognitive questions and 40 technical questions covering English ability, critical thinking, problem-solving, abstract reasoning, common applications and MS Office, pseudocode, and networking/security fundamentals.
- Note: The cognitive assessment is mandatory and elimination-based. The technical assessment is non-eliminatory but will be factored into the overall score for final selection.
3. Assessment #3: Communication Assessment:
- Duration: 30 minutes
- Format: You will receive a separate email with the schedule and login details.
- Content: Evaluation of sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.
