As a Software Engineer (ServiceNow), you will play a crucial role in managing and evolving Application Portfolio Management (APM) within UBS’s Technology Inventories team. You will work in an agile environment to configure, develop, and integrate ServiceNow solutions for global IT asset and service management.

UBS | Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze technical requirements & define technical specifications.
  • Develop, configure, & support ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM).
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver sprint goals in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Write efficient code with a focus on automation & performance.
  • Propose alternative solutions to enhance IT service management processes.
  • Design & develop self-service solutions for IT asset inventory management.

UBS | Required Skills :

  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration, development, & integration.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
  • Knowledge of GitLab for version control.
  • Strong technical documentation & writing skills.
  • Analytical & problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
