Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Assist end users with application issues, system administration, and network concerns.
- Incident Management: Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve IT incidents via telephone, chat, email, or walk-ins.
- Ticket Escalation: Identify and escalate tickets requiring urgent action.
- Documentation: Log all support requests and track issues in the incident management tool.
- Helpdesk Operations: Handle and resolve IT helpdesk queries efficiently.
- Customer Support: Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure timely communication.
- Shift Flexibility: Open to working in a 24×7 rotating shift environment with weekly offs.
Required Qualifications & Skills (Bonus) :
- Education: Any graduate (Freshers only) – B.E/B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, B.Com, BA, MCA, M.Sc, M.Tech, or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of MS Office, IT troubleshooting, and system administration.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with Helpdesk, Service Desk, Technical Support, or ITIL concepts (if any).
