As a Data Analyst II at Walmart Global Tech, you will analyze business data, generate reports, and optimize operational processes. You will work with large datasets to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Conduct data analysis and present findings to management.
- Create and manage Agent Scorecards to track KPIs.
- Maintain accurate payroll input details and attrition dashboards.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as required.
- Identify process improvement opportunities for better efficiency.
- Establish strong relationships with Team Managers and Leadership.
Qualifications & Skills Required :
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- OR 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Power BI proficiency.
- SQL knowledge for database queries and data retrieval.
