About the Role :

This is an associate-level role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging Agile methodologies, automation testing, and continuous improvement to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities :

As a Quality Analyst, you’ll be the quality conscience of the team, ensuring robust, high-performing, and secure solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

Test Planning & Automation:
  • Assist in defining testable work that aligns with business objectives.
  • Ensure test plans adequately cover all required scenarios.
  • Create automated test suites (smoke tests, regression tests, end-to-end system tests).
Test Execution & Analysis:
  • Support the Quality Manager in implementing test strategies and best practices.
  • Analyze automated test results and identify improvement areas.
  • Ensure continuous improvement by reducing test cycle time and eliminating waste.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
  • Work with Agile teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve software quality.
  • Promote test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) approaches.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience in software testing across the product lifecycle, including:

  • Static Testing, Systems Testing, UAT, Compliance Testing, and Operational Readiness Testing.
  • Customer-facing application testing experience.

Hands-on experience with test automation tools and Agile testing methodologies, including:

  • Test-Driven Development (TDD) & Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Automation frameworks & scripting for regression and integration testing.

Strong technical and collaboration skills:

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Data-driven approach to testing & continuous improvement.
