Job Role: Customer Service Associate 1 – Chat & Voice Support

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll support U.S. customers through live chat and voice to address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver top-notch service. This role is ideal for freshers who are comfortable working night/rotational shifts in a fast-paced office setting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat and inbound voice calls
