Job Role – Java Developer :
We are looking for a talented Java Developer to join our growing technology team in Pune. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build high-performance, scalable software solutions. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable Java-based applications
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and fellow engineers
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and maintainability standards
- Follow secure coding practices and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Stay updated with modern frameworks, tools, and technologies
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members
- Participate in DevOps activities and CI/CD pipelines
- Take ownership of problem-solving and collaborate across teams
Required Skills :
Essential Skills –
- Strong hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot
- Proficient in Python for backend development
- Basic experience in React.js and Django
- Familiarity with Oracle DB

- Understanding of microservices architecture
