Barclays Off Campus Hiring 2025 – Customer Care Support
Role Overview :
As a Specialist Customer Care Support, you will play a crucial role in resolving complex customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will handle customer interactions via chat, email, and phone while collaborating with internal teams to improve service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service through chat, email, and phone.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries related to account balances, transactions, and payments.
- Collaborate with various teams across Barclays to enhance customer experience.
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations.
- Develop and execute customer care procedures to mitigate risks.
- Prepare reports and presentations on customer care performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Eligibility Criteria :
- 0-24 months of experience in customer service, BPO, or banking operations.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Freshers can apply).
- Experience in BPO/KPO (preferred).
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Typing speed: Minimum 20-25 WPM with 80% accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
